WTB - Alam Impian End Lot / Corner Lot House Preferably Canting

I'm not yet an owner of AI house, but I'm looking forward to purchase a subsale house here at AI.

Currently looking at an opportunity to purchase an end lot house at Canting 3. It's located at Jalan Tun Teja 35/19C to be precise. The owner is asking for RM845k. How much did the owner purchase previously eh? Of course I would want to have this figure before negotiating with the owner/agent.
